Recovery
The recovery programs enhance your ability to regain full muscle capacity as soon as possible after training or competing, through improved circulation. Enhancing circulation eliminates the lactic acid buildup faster, which reduces stiffness in the muscles. The recovery programs also relieve pain by releasing endorphins (the body’s own morphine). These programs are recommended immediately, or within two hours after physical activity, or 6-24 hours after physical activity (active recovery).
