Resistance force
The resistance force programs improve your capacity for long-term muscle work. They are long, submaximum training sessions, like all other types of endurance training. A muscle consists of fast and slow muscle fibers. The slow fibers are stimulated by the medium intensity of these programs. This improves their aerobic capacity (the supply of oxygen to the muscle). These programs are recommended for people who participate in sports that require long-term muscle work, such as cross-country skiing, running and cycling. Recommended training: 1-3 times a week.
Recommended unit for this activity: Compex Performance.
